2 Hour Mindfulness Taster Session

There are times in life when we can all feel stressed, experience a sense of overwhelm, or perhaps feel we’ve lost some of the joy and happiness life has to offer. Mindfulness encourages us to wake up to the fullness of our lives and provides a gentle and effective tool to manage stress, build resilience and help us lead happier more fulfilling lives.

Our taster sessions are for anyone who is interested in finding out more about mindfulness and how it might support their wellbeing.  Each session provides an overview of what mindfulness is and the evidence base that underpins it. You will also have an opportunity to take part in a meditation practice, ask any questions you might have and find out more about our 8 week mindfulness courses.


Whether you’re brand new to meditation or have a regular daily practice, you are welcome to join our taster sessions or 8 week courses. They are come-as-you-are events, no yoga pants required. We’re here to simply be still, stop and breathe.

The cost is just £20 per person. This amount is fully refunded should you decide to book on one of our 8 week courses.
