We offer bite size one hour workshops, half or full day team sessions through to 8 week courses.
Our workshops focus on the secular, science-based forms of mindfulness to improve mental wellbeing, increase resilience, manage stress and support more effective communication. The British Parliament’s report entitled Mindful Nation UK , published in October 2015, recommends the transformational impact of mindfulness in the workplace. It states “employers should promote the use of mindfulness and develop an understanding of good practice”.
