We deliver a range of mindfulness based wellbeing workshops and courses in the workplace, to the public and in the education sector. At Flourishing Mind we pride ourselves on creating bespoke programmes that meet the individual needs of our clients. 

Mindfulness helps us to wake up to our lives and get the most out of each day. We all get stuck in mental ruts and have patterns of habitual thinking and behaviour that can be counterproductive. Mindfulness opens up space to see our lives afresh and discover new possibilities of engaging with the world and people around us.

Our mindfulness training courses are designed to teach key skills to grow a mindfulness practice and sustain wellness long after our input has come to an end. We welcome those new to mindfulness and more experienced practitioners alike.
